This weekend we did something a little different.  A little while ago I was given a DVD with a message from a guy named Nick Vujicic. I hadn’t heard of the guy before and didn’t think much of it. A couple weeks later someone else asked me if I had ever heard of this guy Nick. I could tell I needed to do something with this DVD. Nick’s story is that he was born with out arms or legs. He now travels around speaking to people and sharing how God has and is using him, in-spite of this obstacle.  His message was powerful.

He was able to communicate how much God loves us just the way we are.  A message that is good for all of us to hear.  A message that we need to hear over and over.  I think the students got it.  After our service I had a student who didn’t make it to Thrive ask me about it.  This morning I had a parent text me to find out where they could get the dvd at.
